Hill Country Inn & Suites - New Braunfels, Gruene, New Braunfels

My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were clean and roomy but unfortunately, the bed was horribly uncomfortable, making it impossible to get a good night's sleep. On the bright side, the service was interpersonal and accommodating, but there were some issues with fairness and additional unexpected charges during my check-in. The location was excellent for accessing nearby convenience stores and restaurants, but there were some challenges with the hotel's policies. The dining experience turned out to be a complete joke with subpar offerings and cleanliness issues, leaving much to be desired.

My stay at the hotel was a mix of good and bad experiences. The rooms were extremely large with plenty of charging points and included comforts like a leisure chair with ottoman and a desk/chair, but they weren't ready until 5:30 pm. The service was marred by unfair treatment towards a handicapped guest and a veteran, showing prejudice and lack of respect. The location was wonderful, near essential spots, although improvements are needed in room cleanliness. The dining options were disappointing and lacked quality.

I had a mixed experience at the hotel. While the room was spacious and the price was competitive, the uncomfortable bed and presence of large flies were bothersome. On a positive note, the service was friendly and efficient, and the location was convenient. However, the dining options were limited to continental breakfast, and some facilities were not up to standard.

The hotel's location was wonderful, close to everything we needed and within short walking distance of convenience stores, gas stations, and restaurants. The staff at the hotel were rude and not accommodating, showing prejudice and disrespect towards people of color and veterans. Despite these negatives, the location and spacious rooms were beneficial aspects of our stay.

I found the hotel to be conveniently located, close to various amenities, and central to all the places I needed to visit. The rooms were clean and comfortable, but unfortunately, they all had a strong smell of cigarettes which made sleeping difficult. The service was decent in meeting some of my needs, but I encountered challenges when trying to extend my stay and felt unfairly treated. The dining experience was below expectations with expired snacks and limited options, lacking a warm breakfast. Overall, the hotel had its positives but also notable drawbacks.
